YOGA THERAPY

Yoga therapy focuses on human health and wellbeing on a physical, mental and spiritual level. It holistically integrates the teachings of Patanjali’s yoga tradition and the concepts of Ayurvedic medicine, as well as Western medicine and psychology. Ideally, yoga therapy is preventative but it can also serve as a complementary form of treatment. The aim is to alleviate symptoms and increase the potential for gaining more balance, vitality and an overall healthier attitude.

YOGA

Relaxation and meditation exercises for your tranquility. I teach hatha, gentle flow, yoga nidra and restorative yoga. Yoga is for everyone and a great means to give time for ourselves.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is a verbally guided deeply relaxing meditation and a tool for life challenges. Exercises improve flexibility and deepen the feeling of peace and well-being.

SOUND HEALING

Sound healing sessions can act as tools for self-reflection, recovery, relaxation and stress relief. Sound therapy offers a possibility to work with bodily pains and issues.
