YOGA THERAPY
Yoga therapy focuses on human health and wellbeing on a physical, mental and spiritual level. It holistically integrates the teachings of Patanjali’s yoga tradition and the concepts of Ayurvedic medicine, as well as Western medicine and psychology. Ideally, yoga therapy is preventative but it can also serve as a complementary form of treatment. The aim is to alleviate symptoms and increase the potential for gaining more balance, vitality and an overall healthier attitude.
